Plants are produced to order in sequence received. Estimated
delivery dates will be quoted on sales contracts. Demand and
varietal characteristics will influence delivery times. |

| Delivery: |

Ex-laboratory in sterile flasks of 25 plants, F.I.S within
New Zealand.
Overseas Air Freight, plus costs charged to buyer. |

| Payment: |
| |
A deposit may be required with the signed sales
contract. Final payment is due within 14 days of delivery,
by Bank Draft or Cheque payable to a New Zealand bank. |
